One man is dead after a shooting on Sept. 15 at a Circle K in Ormond-by-the-Sea, according to the Volusia Sheriff’s Office.
The shooting was reported at 4:08 p.m. at a Circle K at Ocean Shore Boulevard and Wisteria Drive, the sheriff’s office stated, and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The sheriff’s office has detained two “persons of interest.”
The investigation is ongoing.
