One full-term and two partial-term seats on the Lenawee Intermediate School District Board of Education will be up for election in June.
According to a community announcement, the election will occur during a special board meeting at 5:30 p.m. on June 2 at the LISD William J. Ross Education Service Center, 4107 N. Adrian Hwy., Adrian.

The seats available include one six-year term from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2031; one partial term from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029; and another partial term from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027.
Current board members Kathryn Mohr, Dale Wingerd, and Richard Germond will complete their terms on June 30.
Candidates interested in running for the LISD Board must file nominating petitions by 4 p.m. on May 2. Each petition must include at least 40 registered voter signatures or a nonrefundable fee of $100.

Nominating petitions can be obtained at the Lenawee County Clerk’s office, 425 N. Main St., Adrian. A notarized Affidavit of Identity form must also be submitted to the Lenawee County Clerk’s office at the same time.
