The Port Huron Elks Lodge CLUB 343 held a fund-raising raffle with a 75 qt Igloo cooler and 26 bottles of adult beverages. Tickets were sold over the last month in our Social Quarters with many tickets also being sold during the Elks Men’s Golf Invitational.  We could not have held such a successful raffle without the generous donations from the following people: ER Gary & Laura Nesbitt, Steve & Cathy Tebay, Barb Gurnsey, Kim & Al Krug, David Goodrich, PER Gerry Goodwin, Van’s Handy Market (Cindy & Derek) , John Woolman IV, Deb & Lou Flanigan, Penny Osburn, Mary Ann & Jim Cowden, Hilda & Karl Livingston, Tim & Lori Meikle and Lisa & Conrad Haremza.

Thank you all for your generous donations.  We are donating $500.00 of the proceeds directly to the Lodge 343 Veterans restricted fund, to assist with the annual St. Clair County Allied Honor Guard & local Veterans picnic which will be held at the American Legion Post 382 on Saturday, August 26th.  Thank you everyone who purchased a ticket for a chance to win.  Your support is GREATLY appreciated!

Aliena Drummond, our Event Coordinator drew the lucky winning ticket which was drawn July 8th, during the second dinner seating of the Men’s Invitational. CONGRATULATIONS to Elk Lodge 343 Member Keith Smith.  Let the party begin at your house!  We wish you and your friends many happy moments.  Thanks again and remember to drink responsibly.
