The Port Huron Elks Lodge 343 officers attended the Marysville Junior High Academic Awards night, held on Monday, June 2, 2025, in support of our Americanism program.

Exalter Ruler, John Cuthbertson along with Leading Knight, Lisa Haremza presented the 2024-2025 Elks Americanism essay contest State Finalist certificate from the Metro 4200 District to 8th grade student Evelyn Connell.

Evelyn’s award-winning essay followed the Grand Lodge theme “What Patriotism Means to Me”.
