Port Huron Elks Lodge 343 – 65th Blood Drive Information

The Port Huron Elks Lodge 343, 65^th consecutive Blood drive was held on Monday, August 19^th. We had (48) donors arrive to provide the ”Gift of Life” as we surpassed our goal of 38.  (7) donors were deferred, (35) whole blood pints, and (4 Power reds = 7 pints) were collected, for a total of 42 total units.

We had one first time donor. Working together, the Port Huron Elks Lodge 343, and the American Red Cross have collected over 2,167 units (pints) = over 270 gallons of blood since our 1^st blood drive on January 7, 2013. We are well on our way to reaching our next goal of 3,000 pints (375 gallons). Our 66^th Blood Drive has been scheduled for Monday, September 23^rd.

To date, we currently have 16 scheduled appointments booked with the American Red Cross.
