Attention Chick-fil-A and Comerica Park baseball fans. If you’re attending Friday’s home opener, keep count of runs scored (hopefully) by the Detroit Tigers.
An Opening Day free deal from Chick-fil-A is in store for fans at Comerica Park for Friday’s Detroit Tigers home opener. If the Tigers score more than five runs during the game, fans can get a free Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich.
To get the offer, you must have the Chick-fil-A app. If the five runs are scored, you can open the app to claim the offer. Fans must accept the offer before leaving the ballpark, but they have until the end of the game to do so.
You will have one week to claim the free sandwich offer available at participating metro Detroit Chick-fil-A restaurants. There’s a limit of one per Chick-fil-A account.

“We are excited to kick off baseball season in style with our beloved Detroit Tigers to bring fans fun, rewarding experiences,” said Phil Whitsel, local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Northville in a news release. “There’s nothing like Opening Day in Detroit. We can’t wait to create memorable moments at the ballpark with our incredible community.”
Throughout the Detroit Tigers season, Chick-fil-A is planning special offers, including offering Chick-fil-A free digital offer cards at select home games for use at its participating metro Detroit restaurants.
There is also the “Foul Ball Surprise and Delight” promotion. Fans who catch a foul ball at Comerica Park may receive an offer for a free Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich.
