Across several polls, Trump’s disapproval ratings are in the 50- and 60-percent range, reaching 63% disapproval of his job performance in a recent CNN opinion poll.

Trump is expected to address the U.S. economy, coming days after a Feb. 20 landmark Supreme Court ruling that struck down sweeping tariffs he had imposed. Uncertainty also looms over U.S.-Iran relations amid Trump’s recent threats to attack Iran, and a growing U.S. military presence around the country.

“It’s going to be a long speech, because we have so much to talk about,” Trump told reporters on Monday, Feb. 23, USA TODAY reported.
