Fast-growing chicken and pizza brand Saroki’s is preparing to open its first Detroit location next week.
Operating inside Griswold Market & Spirits at 735 Griswold in downtown Detroit, Saroki’s Crispy Chicken & Pizza will serve chicken tenders and New York-style pizza slices out of the full-service market starting Monday.
“This is a major step forward for our brand, and we’re proud to bring Saroki’s to the heart of the city for both new and loyal customers,” said founder Todd Saroki in a press release. “Detroit is one of the most dynamic food cities in the country, and being part of the growth and energy in downtown is incredibly meaningful to us.”
The Detroit Saroki’s, the brand’s 23rd location in southeastern Michigan, is owned by franchisees Bahir Mikha and Yousif Kashat. Mikha says Saroki’s has “a proven demand and strong brand recognition.”
“Downtown Detroit continues to grow, with more residents, office workers and visitors looking for convenience they will find at our market in addition to high-quality, fast-casual dining options,” he said in a statement.
Starting Monday, Saroki’s Crispy Chicken & Pizza at 735 Griswold will be open 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Mon.-Thurs., 10 a.m.-11 p.m. Fri.-Sat. and 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Sun.
