Detroit — The Rocket Classic has lived a charmed life with the weather this week.
It seems like that luck is about to run out.
Rain is expected to arrive in Detroit overnight Saturday and continue into Sunday morning, prompting the PGA Tour to adjust the tee times for Sunday’s final round at Detroit Golf Club.
Tee times now will run from 10:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., with players in threesomes going off the first and 10th holes.
That’s a later start time for the first groups and an earlier start time for the later groups.
Gates will open for fans at 9:30 a.m.
