The Lansing Catholic girls tennis team concluded its season by placing ninth at the Division 4 state finals.
The Cougars finished with 11 points, which is the amount of points they finished with combined at the state finals in 2024 and 2025.
Lansing Catholic was led by its doubles flights. Jayda Stowell and Vivian Shulick reached the state semifinals at No. 3 doubles, while Anna Robinson and Kendall Young made the state semis at No. 4 doubles.

Madalynn Bushard had three goals and an assist while helping the Marauders advance to a district final with a semifinal victory over Ithaca. McKenzie keck added two goals for Ovid-Elsie, which advances to face Saginaw Valley Lutheran in the district final at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 30.
MASON 3, CHELSEA 0
MASON — Olivia Ehresman had a pair of goals as Mason captured a Division 2 district championship with its shutout win over Chelsea. Belle Duling added a goal for the Bulldogs, who advance to a regional at Ypsilanti Lincoln.
DEWITT 1, FENTON 0
The Panthers are headed back to the regional round after capturing a Division 2 district championship with their victory over Fenton. DeWitt advances to a regional at Waterford Mott.
