Prep basketball roundup: New Haven dominates in the paint in victory

Here are results and scores from boys and girls high school basketball games on Monday:

In a MAC crossover matchup, MAC Gold leader New Haven dominated the paint in a 60-55 victory over Center Line Monday night in high school boys basketball.

Kayden Harmon led the way with 21 points and 21 rebounds in the win. New Haven had the advantage on the glass, with William Bosco also adding 10 rebounds.

Ryan Abuan had 16 points and four assists, with Darrien Wilmer also scoring 10 for New Haven (16-2).

Kameren Higginbotham led Center Line with a game-high 23 points, as the team fell to 12-6 on the season.

Utica Ford 72, St. Clair Shores Lake Shore 46: Nick Pagel led all scorers with 23 points, and Lucas Gentilini scored 17 in the win. Jamie Thomas added 12 and Adriano Wilk 11 for Utica Ford (11-8). Jack Lemke had 19 points for St. Clair Shores Lake Shore (2-15).
