MSU football offers top 200, 4-star Virginia safety prospect

Michigan State football has extended an offer to a big-time defensive back prospect in the 2028 class.

Kaden Golston of Ashburn, Va. announced on Thursday that he’s received an offer from the Spartans. Golston took to social media platform X to announce his offer from Michigan State.

Golston is rated as a four-star prospect with a grade of 92.71 in 247Sports’ composite system. He ranks as the No. 15 safety and No. 3 player from Virginia in the 2028 class. Additionally, he’s listed as a top 200 overall prospect in the class, with a ranking of No. 185.

Michigan State joins a growing list of schools to show their interest in this prized prospect. According to 247Sports, Golston now holds offers from Colorado, Duke, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Syracuse, Rutgers, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and Wisconsin.
