Michigan State football continues to pursue an under-the-radar defensive line prospect from Ohio.
Jackson Greear of Rocky River, Ohio announced earlier this week that he’ll be taking a game day visit to Michigan State this upcoming fall. According to a social media post from Greear, he will be visiting Michigan State on September 12 for the Spartans’ home game against Eastern Michigan.
Greear plays for Rocky River High School, and is listed at 6-foot-5 and 220 pounds. He currently is unrated and unranked in 247Sports’ system.
Michigan State has not yet extended an offer to Greear. He has, though, been on the Spartans’ radar for awhile now, according to an article from Corey Robinson of 247Sports. So this game day visit is only further showing the connected interest between Michigan State and Greear.
