Which Michigan State basketball players can return to the roster next season after the March Madness exit?
The 3-seed Spartans saw their season come to an end Friday, March 27, in the Sweet 16 of the 2026 NCAA Tournament, losing to 2-seed UConn, 67-63 in Washington.
MSU has five players out of eligibility, including frontcourt starters Carson Cooper and Jaxon Kohler. But second-team All-American point guard Jeremy Fears Jr. and a plethora of wings and guards should return for 2026-27.
The Spartans have a four-man 2026 recruiting class that is ranked among the nation’s best.
