Michigan State football has tapped into a familiar place to extend its latest offer in the 2026 recruiting class. Brayden Thomas received the offer from MSU safeties coach James Adams.
Thomas is a native of Lakewood, Ohio, and attends St. Edwards High School, a school that MSU has tapped into a ton in both football and basketball. St. Eds has produced the Dowell brothers, Delvon Roe and most recently Montorie Foster.
Currently committed to Iowa State, Thomas is a 6-foot-1, 185 pound safety that holds 13 division one offers at this time. He is a 3-star prospect ranking as the No. 817 national recruit, as well as the No. 64 safety in the country.
There is no word yet how interested he is in this Spartans offer, especially with his current commitment to the Cyclones, but he is a prospect that would be a seamless fit for MSU. Stay tuned to see if he is someone who would take an official visit this summer.
