Monday was a very busy day in the transfer portal for Michigan State football, as it seems like players have likely been able to talk to new head coach Pat Fitzgerald by this point and have an idea of where they stand on the depth chart moving forward, or, they’ve heard from other teams about new opportunities waiting for them elsewhere. One such case on Monday was the decision of defensive back Tracy Revels, who will hit the portal after spending the last seven months with the Spartans.
Revels joined the Spartans back in late April by way of Bowling Green, where he played one season and recorded 40 tackles. Revels did not play for the Spartans this year, but could have been a possible option for MSU at safety next year with the departure of Malik Spencer.
Revels will have two years of eligibility remaining.
