Man in critical condition after shooting in south Lansing

LANSING – A 20-year-old man is in critical condition at a Lansing area hospital after a late afternoon shooting on Monday, April 20.

Lansing police officers responded to the 3300 block of S. Pennsylvania Avenue in south Lansing about 4:55 p.m., Lansing police spokesperson Jordan Gulkis said. They found the man with gunshot wounds and took him to the hospital, she added.

No arrests have been made.

Police are working to determine what happened that led to the incident, Gulkis said.
