LANSING – More than 20 food trucks and vendors will come together this September for the first Lansing Foodie Fest.

The two-day event, organized by Foodie Fest Entertainment, is planned for Sept. 13 and Sept. 14 at Adado Riverfront Park at 201 E. Shiawassee St.

The festival aims to bring together “the best of Michigan’s food trucks, pop-up chefs, merchant vendors, and cultural flavors for a one-of-a-kind foodie experience,” according to a news release. “From soul food and tacos to boba tea and Korean corndogs, there’s something for every craving.”

In addition to food vendors, organizers plan to include a live DJ, musical acts, food-eating contests, a bounce house, kids’ activities and a beer garden where guests can purchase “beer, canned cocktails, and non-alcoholic sips,” said the release.
