Frozen Four: Wisconsin advances to play winner of Michigan-Denver

Wisconsin advanced to the Frozen Four final on Thursday afternoon.

The Badgers beat North Dakota, 2-1, in the first semifinal in Las Vegas.

Ryan Botterill and Simon Tassy scored for Wisconsin. North Dakota replied with a goal by Ellis Rickwood with :52 left in the third period.

The Badgers will play the winner of the Michigan-Denver game at 8:25 p.m.
