This week’s nominees are…

Ryan McArdle, Birmingham United: Scored four goals in a 15-4 boys lacrosse win over New Baltimore Anchor Bay. Also had three goals in a 16-2 win over East China Unified.

Emily Searle, White Lake Lakeland: Celebrated her 100th career softball hit by smacking two home runs.

Lila Nursey, Birmingham Seaholm: Delivered a walk-off single to lift the Maples past Lake Orion 7-6 for the Oakland Activities Association-Red softball title.

Gage Henriksen, Livonia Stevenson: Went 2-for-3 with a double in a 9-5 loss to Hartland in the Kensington Lakes Activities Association baseball tournament semifinal.

Allie Cramer, Livonia Stevenson: Struck out 12 batters while allowing six hits, four walks and four earned runs in a 4-0 loss to Northville in the Kensington Lakes Activities Association softball tournament semifinal. Also had a hit at the plate.

Clare Carpen, Livonia Churchill: Struck out six batters and allowed 11 hits, three walks and one earned run in a 1-0 loss to Salem in the Kensington Lakes Activities Association softball tournament semifinal.

Lucas Brown, Livonia Churchill: Went 3-for-4 with a walk, two RBI and two runs scored in a 15-0 baseball win over Farmington.

Mia Petrovski, Northville: Went 1-for-3 with three RBI and two runs scored in a 6-0 win over Salem in the Kensington Lakes Activities Association softball tournament championship.

Shannon McAuliffe, Salem: Struck out 13 batters while allowing six hits, two walks and two earned runs in a 6-0 loss to Northville in the Kensington Lakes Activities Association softball tournament championship. She also struck out 19 in a 1-0 semifinal win over Churchill.

Avery McPherson, South Lyon East: Went 1-for-2 with two RBI and two runs scored in an 8-4 softball win over South Lyon.

Julian Janisse, Northville: Recorded 10 kills and five digs in a 3-0 sweep of Adrian in the Division 1 boys volleyball pre-regional.
