Ingredients
- 1 ounce butter
- 1/2 ounce flour
- 3/4 water
Directions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour gradually, then add the water, stirring all the time ; let it boil well and thicken.
- Anchovy sauce or chopped parsley can be added to taste.
