Stellantis, Nissan in talks to buy assets from Marelli, Bloomberg News reports

June 25 (Reuters) – Automakers Stellantis and Nissan Motor are in talks to take over some of the assets of the Japanese auto parts supplier Marelli Holdings, Bloomberg News reported on Thursday, citing sources.

Reuters could not immediately verify the report.
