May 8 (Reuters) – Insurance firm Safepoint on Friday filed for an initial public offering in the U.S.
The Tampa, Florida-based company and some of its existing stockholders plan to sell shares in the offering.
Deutsche Bank Securities and Morgan Stanley are the joint bookrunning managers for the offering.
Safepoint will list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “SFPT.”
