HONG KONG, Aug 7 (Reuters) – China’s capital Beijing has further relaxed homebuying curbs, cutting social security tax payment requirements for non-Beijing families to buy homes across the city to one year, from two years, Beijing’s municipal commission of housing and urban-rural development said on Friday.
The move comes as authorities try to boost demand for the country’s flagging property market.
