Another season of “Love Island USA” has come to a close.
It was another unforgettable summer in the Fijian villa as a group of singles searched for love over the last six weeks.
Following the season finale on July 12, all of the islanders are back in the real world where brand deals, interviews and podcast appearances await them.
While the season is over, the “Love Island USA” cast will all reconvene one final time for the season 8 reunion.
What couples will still be together by that time? What didn’t viewers see on the show that needs to be discussed? Who still has to do some explaining for their actions in the villa? And what’s all the post-villa tea?
Here’s what to know about the “Love Island USA” season 8 reunion:
When is the Love Island USA season 8 reunion?
The “Love Island USA” season 8 reunion will drop on Monday, Aug. 31.
It’s a similar time frame as last year when the reunion aired on Aug. 25.
Will the Love Island USA reunion be live?
No.
The entire cast will tape the reunion likely a couple weeks prior to it dropping on Peacock.
Last year, the cast filmed the reunion Aug. 12 and it dropped on Peacock about two weeks later.
That means there will be about a month removed for the final 4 couples and even more time for the others from their last days in the villa and reuniting for filming of the reunion.
Where to watch the Love Island USA reunion
The reunion will stream on Peacock, the same platform as every episode of “Love Island USA.”

Love Island reunion hosts
The iconic duo of Ariana Madix and Andy Cohen are back to host the “Love Island USA” season 8 reunion.
The Emmy-nominated “Love Island USA” host Madix and the Bravo veteran Cohen hosted last year as well from a studio in New York City.
How long will the Love Island USA reunion be?
Expect the reunion to be over an hour.
The season 6 reunion was 80 minutes and the season 7 was 117 minutes. Those casts had a lot of drama to spill, though.
While there was tension at times in the villa among some of the islanders, the season 8 cast appears to be on a better footing as those past seasons. But never say never. The islanders are about to go on a post-villa media blitz where every entertainment podcast will want to talk to them.
And once the islanders watch back all the episodes and experience life with their partner things could change.
How many episodes of Love Island season 8 are out?
There are 35 episodes out. The season finale that dropped on July 12 was episode 35.
The reunion will officially be the 36th episode of “Love Island USA” season 8.
It’s one fewer episode than the previous two seasons.
How many seasons of Love Island USA are there?
Eight seasons of “Love Island USA” are now complete.
Season 1 and seasons 5-8 filmed in Fiji. Seasons 2-4 filmed in locations in the United States during the early years of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The last five seasons have aired on Peacock. There are also spinoff seasons such as “Love Island Games” and “Love Island: Beyond the Villa” available to stream on Peacock.
Who is still together from Love Island USA season 8?
We’re only a couple days post-filming with the final 4 and they all appeared to leave as couples (that’s not always the case, see last year with Chris and Huda).
Now, the couples are entering the real world outside of the confines of the Love Island USA bubble where their relationships will truly be put to the test.
The reunion being over a month from now will be a good indicator as to how the couples are faring post-villa. Beyond the final 4, the previous three couples that left the villa were also on good terms and looked like they were all going to try to give it a go.
These couples include:
Winners of Love Island USA season 8
Trinity and Bryce won season 8 of “Love Island USA.”
While they initially had some questions about whether their connection and the age gap, Trinity is 22 and Bryce turned 30 while filming, their bond only deepened throughout the season. They became boyfriend and girlfriend during a date outside of the villa post-Casa Amor.
Their families loved each other and gave them their blessings during the always emotional family visits. And in the season finale the two dropped the “L” word. They both said they loved each other on their final date.
As the winners, Trinity and Bryce are splitting the $100,000 prize.
But the prize for these two love birds was much more than money.
