ROCKFORD, IL — The Woodsong Summer Concert Series returns to Klehm Arboretum & Botanic Garden for a 2026 season with five shows in the Fountain Garden.
Concerts take place on select Sundays, offering a lawn-style experience where guests can bring blankets, chairs and picnic items to enjoy as they listen to live music in nature.
There will be no ticket sales at the gate in 2026. All tickets will have to be purchased in advance at klehm.org/woodsong.
Here’s a look at who’s performing this season.
July 12: The Neverly Brothers: A tribute act performing rock ’n’ roll hits from the 1950s through the 1960s.
July 26: The Sensations: A band performing rock and pop hits spanning multiple decades.
Aug. 9: The Petty Kings: A Chicago-based tribute band performing the music of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers.
Aug. 23: RESPECT! A Tribute to the Queen of Soul: A tribute performance celebrating the music of Aretha Franklin.
Sept. 6: Dancing Queen: An ABBA Salute: A tribute act performing songs from the catalog of ABBA.
About Woodsong
Klehm Arboretum & Botanic Garden is located at 2715 S. Main St. in Rockford.
All concerts are held in the evening from 6 to 8 p.m. with gates opening at 4 p.m.
Tickets are $12 for Klehm members and $17.85 for non-members.
There’s no reserved seats. Attendees should plan to bring their own blankets, chairs or other seating, along with their own food and drink to enjoy before and during the show.
