It’s Primary Election Day in New York, and polls are open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
In Westchester County, voters will decide who will make the November ballot for Democrats in multiple races including the New York 17th Congressional District contest and state comptroller as well mayor of the village of Larchmont, county legislators and more.
