Singer Adam “Vegas McGraw” Tucker will pay tribute to country music star Tim McGraw during a summer concert in Hesperia.
Starfire Productions, led by Don and Sonya Rugg, will host the “Vegas McGraw” show on July 17, at the Hesperia Leisure League at 9122 3rd Avenue in Hesperia.
The concert begins at 6 p.m., with 4 p.m. VIP and 5 p.m. general admission tickets, the Ruggs said.
Tucker will perform songs from the multi-award-winning McGraw, who first got the attention of country music producers over 35 years ago and continues to perform today.
Global entertainer
A Las Vegas entertainer and Nashville recording artist, Tucker has performed over 2,000 shows in 47 U.S. states, along with venues in Canada, Mexico and Australia.
Critics said Tucker brings the music, energy and excitement of Tim McGraw to the stage via a powerful live concert experience.
Tucker has sung many of McGraw’s hits, including “Don’t Take the Girl,” “I Like It, I Love It,” “ Indian Outlaw,” “Where the Green Grass Grows,” and “My Next Thirty Years.”
Tucker was also featured on national TV as the winner of season one of Jimmy Fallon’s series Clash of the Cover Bands.
From Virginia to Sin City
Tucker emerged from the backroads of West Virginia to the Las Vegas Strip and Hollywood, and moved to Sin City nearly 15 years ago, according to Real Vegas Magazine.
He has also performed for many charities and fundraisers all over the U.S., including Susan G. Komen, Children’s Miracle Network, American Cancer Society, veterans and police associations, and more.
