West Nassau OL Clayton Lee announces SEC commitment. Where will he go?

It’s destination SEC for Clayton Lee.

West Nassau’s rising senior offensive tackle announced his commitment to South Carolina, bringing a proven, mauling run blocker to Williams-Brice Stadium for the 2027 class in college football. Scouting service Rivals first reported the news.

Lee, at 6-7 and 315 pounds, is rated as a three-star recruit and a top-100 offensive tackle nationwide in the 247Sports composite.

Lee paved the way for West Nassau’s run to the Sunshine State Athletic Association Atlantic League final in 2025 as a cornerstone of a punishing run-first offense. The Warriors amassed 4,634 yards on the ground, and Lee earned recognition on the Times-Union’s All-First Coast football team.

Lee had more than 15 listed offers, and had official visits recorded to UCF and Virginia Tech since the end of spring football.

In addition to his football success, Lee is also a two-time qualifier for the Florida High School Athletic Association regional track and field championships in the shot put.

At South Carolina, he becomes the ninth high school commit in the 2027 class, the first from Florida and the fourth on the offensive line. Linemen already committed to South Carolina are John Archer of Fayetteville (N.C.) Seventy-First, Jaxon Elston of Oxford (Ala.) and Will Endicott of Prospect (Texas).
