A bit of everything is possible in the storms.

Damaging wind gusts, along with isolated tornadoes and large hail are possible.

The storms are expected to bring heavy rain that could lead to some flooding concerns.

Wind gusts over 40 miles per hour are possible Wednesday into Thursday.

Things are expected to dry out with highs in the 70s expected into the weekend.

There is a chance of showers on Father’s Day.

Lake Erie beach hazzard

The National Weather Service warns the “deepening” low pressure system that is expected to bring potentially severe storms to Northeast Ohio will create dangerous conditions on Lake Erie.

The strong winds expected with the storms will create hazardous wave conditions along Lake Erie beaches.

Waves of 6 to 8 feet are expected with some waves reaching 10 feet through Thursday.

The waves are expected to build Wednesday afternoon through Thursday.

The weather service advises boaters and beachgoers to be cautious and those fishing to avoid piers, break walls and river outlets as the waves build throughout the day.
