Former Ohio State and Pickerington North running back Sam Williams-Dixon was dismissed from the University of South Carolina football program following an arrest on June 13, according to The Greenville News.
Williams-Dixon is facing three charges of breaking into a motor vehicle, three charges of criminal conspiracy and one charge of grand larceny between $2,000-$10,000, per the report. He was taken to Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center on June 13 and was released the following day on a $150,000 bond, according to The Greenville News.
According to WIS News 10, Williams-Dixon was arrested alongside his brother, Elijah Williams-Dixon, for allegedly breaking into multiple vehicles from June 7-12.
After redshirting in 2024, Williams-Dixon appeared in one game for Ohio State in the 2025 season, rushing three times for 9 yards against Grambling State.
Williams-Dixon spent the first three years of his high school career at West Holmes in Millersburg, Ohio, before transferring to Pickerington North for his senior season. He was a three-star recruit and the third-best running back from Ohio in the 2024 class, according to his 247Sports recruiting profile.
After the 2025 season, Williams-Dixon transferred to South Carolina.
Williams Dixon is set to appear in court Aug. 28, per The Greenville News.
