Three people were hospitalized after a shooting occurred at a party in Kalamazoo.
A report of shots fired at the 700 block of Trimble Avenue was called in around 2 a.m. Sunday, the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety said.
At a residence where a large party occurred, a 21-year-old woman was suffering from a gunshot wound, according to police.
Two males arrived at a local hospital shortly after via private vehicle: a 19-year-old and a 14-year-old.
The 19-year-old is in critical condition. All three people received medical care.
Police said shots were fired at the party and then the shooter fled the scene on foot after the shooting.
