WASHINGTON, DC — Indiana Fever center Aliyah Boston has popped up as questionable on the Fever’s injury report with a lower leg injury for Indiana’s game Monday against Washington.
Boston briefly left the Fever’s game in the second half against New York on Saturday night. She worked on a stationary bike and was putting on a compression sleeve/brace as the CBS broadcast said she was questionable to return with a lower-right leg injury. However, Boston checked back in a minute later.
She played through the rest of the game, even through foul trouble, and scored 13 points on 6-of-15 shooting over 19 minutes.

This lower leg injury is something that has been lingering for Boston since she originally suffered it in Unrivaled in February. She missed Indiana’s game against Seattle on May 17 after she pulled herself out of the game against Washington on May 15 because of general discomfort in her leg. It was her first game missed of her professional career.
“It’s just like, yeah, my lower leg, I’ve definitely had some moments with that,” Boston said on May 19. “For me, it’s just about taking it day to day. I think the coaching staff and the medical staff has done a great job just talking to me, making sure, asking me how I’m feeling, and just going off that.”
Indiana Fever vs Washington Mystics: Is Caitlin Clark playing?
Caitlin Clark remains probable with a back injury for the game against Washington, as well, in the sixth straight game she’s been listed on the injury report.
Fever coach Stephanie White said May 28 that Clark will likely be on the injury report for every game after the league warned the Fever for improper injury reporting regarding Clark’s back and her late scratch from Indiana’s game against Portland on May 20.
