World No.1 golfer Scottie Scheffler leads the betting odds in a talent-packed 72-player field in the 2026 Memorial Tournament, which begins at Muirfield Village Golf Club on June 4.
After skipping the 50th playing of Jack Nicklaus’ tournament, Rory McIlroy is back at the Memorial. The reigning back-to-back Masters champion is among the players with solid odds to win the event, along with Cameron Young, Ludvig Aberg and Xander Schauffele.
When does the Memorial start?
The 2026 Memorial Tournament is scheduled to start with first-round action on June 4. The tournament runs through the final round on June 7.

Memorial Tournament favorites
Scheffler, who won the 2024 and 2025 Memorial Tournament, is a heavy favorite to repeat as champion this year. He would join Tiger Woods as the only “three-peat” champions in the Memorial Tournament history.
BetMGM has Scheffler at +300 on the money line. Rory McIlroy, who did not compete in the Memorial Tournament last year, owns the second-highest odds at +950.
