Drivers in Cuyahoga Falls may face delays in Bailey Road work zone

Work on the Bailey Road waterline replacement project is scheduled to begin on June 1 and will continue through late November, Cuyahoga Falls officials announced.

Final road resurfacing is planned for 2027, Service Director Anthony L. Zumbo said.

The project will replace aging infrastructure.

Construction will require temporary lane closures on Bailey Road between Myrtle Avenue and McShane Drive. The contractor will maintain traffic in one direction at a time with flaggers assisting motorists through the work zone.

Motorists should use caution and expect potential delays while traveling through the area, Zumbo said.
