Here is Bills Wire’s game-by-game prediction for the 2026 schedule:

Week 1: at Houston Texans, 1 p.m.

It’s Joe Brady’s first game as a head coach. Plus the Bills will want to get revenge for recent Houston losses.

Record: 1-0.

Week 2: vs. Detroit Lions, 8:15 p.m. (TNF).

The first game at the new Highmark Stadium? It has to be a win.

Record: 2-0.

Week 3: vs. Los Angeles Chargers, 1:00 p.m.

The Bills could find themselves in a shootout here. At home, that’s a win.

Record: 3-0.

Week 4: vs. New England Patriots, 1:00 p.m.

After losing the AFC East last season, motivation will be high to beat the Patriots in 2026.

Record: 4-0.

Week 5: at Los Angeles Rams, 8:15 p.m. (MNF).

The Rams are potentially the best team in the NFL. It could be a tough one for the Bills leading to a loss.

Record: 4-1.

Week 6: at Las Vegas Raiders, 4:25 p.m.

The Bills should roll a rebuilding Raiders team if they are a serious contender.

Record: 5-1.

Week 7: Bye week.

Record: 5-1.

Week 8: vs. Baltimore Ravens, 1:00 p.m.

The Bills had a great record post-bye week with Sean McDermott has head coach… but he is gone. This feels bound to happen.

Record: 5-2.

Week 9: at Minnesota Vikings, 8:15 p.m. (MNF).

The Bills should have the upper hand, whether Kyler Murray or J.J. McCarthy is at quarterback.

Record: 6-2.

Week 10: at New York Jets, 1:00 p.m.

The Jets have revamped, but the Bills should still handle business.

Record: 7-2.

Week 11: vs. Miami Dolphins, 1:00 p.m.

The Dolphins are the potential No. 1 overall selection at the 2027 NFL Draft… win.

Record: 8-2.

Week 12: vs. Kansas City Chiefs, 8:20 p.m., (Thanksgiving).

The Bills might lose their post-bye juice without McDermott… but won’t lose their Chiefs motivation.

Record: 9-2.

Week 13: at New England Patriots, 4:25 p.m.

After winning the first Patriots matchup, a season split could be on the cards.

Record: 9-3.

Week 14: at Green Bay Packers, 8:20 p.m. (SNF).

The Bills will be desperate to get back to winning ways.

Record: 10-3.

Week 15: vs. Chicago Bears, 8:20 p.m. (Saturday).

This is a tough one to gauge. But there is always a surprising loss sprinkled in and here we have it.

Record: 10-4.

Week 16: at Denver Broncos, 4:30 p.m. (Christmas).

The revenge factor here will be huge for the Bills here… but the Broncos could come out on top on home with the holiday cheer in mind.

Record: 10-5.

Week 17: at Miami Dolphins, 1:00 p.m.

The Dolphins won’t be any better here.

Record: 11-5.

Week 18: vs. New York Jets, TBD.

Assuming the Bills have something to play for at home in their finale? A win.

Record: 12-5.
