CANTON – Starflyer Brewing Co. is releasing its own own hard seltzer.
The brewery at 500 Cleveland Ave. NW was founded by brewer Andrew Archer, his wife Bailey, and her brother, Ethan Comfort.
According to Andrew Archer, the seltzer is made in-house and will be offered with a variety of flavored syrups.
“We’ve seen a pretty big demand for non-beer alcohol options and with our current A1c permit this is the best option for us,” he said.
The brewery is open 4 to 10 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturdays.
