Eastview Mall welcomes two new businesses, firsts for Rochester area

Two new businesses — both firsts for the greater Rochester area — have opened at Eastview Mall in Victor, and a longtime tenant has added a second storefront, mall owner Wilmorite announced.

Newbury Comics is operating out of the old FYE space in the mall’s Main Court next to JD Sports.

The 4,388-square-foot store carries comic books, graphic novels, manga, trading cards, vinyl LPs and CDs and more.

Newbury Comics has 29 stores throughout the Northeast.

Eight are in New York state, including in Buffalo and Syracuse.

The Eastview store is the first in the Rochester area.

FYE has moved to the Macy’s wing.

Capital One Cafe

Capital One Café has opened just outside Dick’s House of Sport, offering banking, coffee and food in 3,758 square feet of space. It is the first location in New York state outside New York City.

Customers may use the free Wi-Fi and reserve the café’s community meeting rooms.

Anyone is welcome, regardless of whether they are Capital One customers, but Capital One cardholders get 50% off drinks when using their card.

Auntie Anne’s 2

Longtime Eastview food court tenant Auntie Anne’s — which sells baked pretzels, lemonade, dips and more — has added a second location next to Claire’s and around the corner from Dick’s House of Sport.

Other new Eastview tenants

In the past 14 months, Eastview has added 20 new merchants, including Brooks Brothers, Aur Society, Fabletics, Lolli & Pops and Perfumania.

A Bass Pro Shops Outpost is expected to open in late 2026 in the former Lord & Taylor space.
