North Bay Haven's softball playoff game moved to Wednesday

Inclement weather forced North Bay Haven to postpone its Class 2A Region 1 semifinal against Bolles to Wednesday, May 13, Lady Buccaneers coach Butch Bernard told The News Herald.

The match scheduled for today will be played Wednesday, with the regional final set for Thursday, May 14.

North Bay Haven (19-5) is the No. 1 seed in the region. With a win over No. 5 Bolles (17-8), the Lady Buccaneers would host the winner of the matchup between No. 2 Baldwin and No. 3 Episcopal School of Jacksonville.

Last season, North Bay Haven defeated Baldwin 6-3 to claim the regional title.

No. 4 Arnold (17-10) will travel to face No. 1 Columbia (25-3) on Wednesday in the Class 4A regional softball semifinal.
