Florida sheriff's office generates $3,000 from Tiger Woods DUI videos

As the nation turned its attention to golfer Tiger Woods after his DUI arrest on Jupiter Island on March 27, the Martin County Sheriff’s Office received a flurry of requests for the videos and other public records. 

All those requests generated $3,000 for the Martin County Sheriff’s Office, which estimated it would cost $1,337.50 to gather all the materials and redact information that Florida’s public records laws don’t require to be released.
