BEREA — The Browns opened rookie minicamp May 8. That meant not only bringing in their 10 draft picks, but also several undrafted free agents and tryout players.
Ahead of their first on-field practice later in the day, the Browns officially announced the 12 undrafted rookies they had signed to contracts. While many of them had been previously reported, they weren’t official until they arrived at the team headquarters and passed their physicals.
The most prominent of the UDFAs is Utah defensive end Logan Fano, the brother of the Browns’ top draft pick, offensive tackle Spencer Fano. He’s one of seven defensive prospects among the 12 signed.
