CANTON − Gervasi Vineyard, in partnership with the American Wine School, plans a Level 2 Wine Camp from Oct. 23–25.
The program builds on Gervasi’s introductory wine camps, responding to demand for more advanced, expert-led education that culminates in a Wine & Spirit Education Trust Level 2 certification. The course is designed for both wine enthusiasts and aspiring industry professionals.
Certified educators will lead the camp, combining structured instruction with guided tastings.
