Happy early birthday, Alexander Trump Boulos! Like his mother, since the day he was born, the son of first daughter Tiffany Trump is growing up in the spotlight − literally.
Most recently, President Donald Trump’s youngest grandchild made an appearance with his parents at the 2026 White House Easter Egg Roll on April 6. The traditional Easter event was hosted by Tiffany Trump’s stepmom, first lady Melania Trump.
Tiffany Trump’s mother Marla Maples gave birth to her in a Palm Beach, Florida, hospital, there were camera crews and the paparazzi snapping photos of Donald Trump, the 45th and 47th president of the U.S., by his limo ready to take his youngest daughter home.
More than 30 years later, Tiffany Trump is giving the public a glance of her new baby − mostly through social media.
Tiffany Trump, only child of President Donald Trump and Marla Maples, and her billionaire husband Michael Boulos, welcomed their son, Alexander Trump Boulos, at 4:44 a.m. May 15, 2025. Baby Boulos was born days after Mother’s Day and after his eldest cousin, Kai Madison Trump − daughter of Donald Trump Jr. (Tiffany Trump’s half-brother) and Vanessa Trump − turned 18.
In 2026, Mother’s Day falls on Sunday, May 10, with Alexander Boulos’ first birthday on Friday, May 15.
When Alexander Trump Boulos was born, his mother announced it via Instagram as did first-time-grandmother Marla “Gran Mar Mar” Maples, and well-wishes from the Trump family circle online. During the week of his birth, his famous grandfather, President Donald Trump, was in Abu Dhabi for his first major foreign trip of his second term in the White House: “My daughter had a baby. I’m going back home to see that little baby,” Donald Trump said May 16. “I do want to see my beautiful grandson, a son, and we’ll be doing that.”

The new mom posted the first portrait photos of her baby boy around Father’s Day 2025.
Throughout the year, Tiffany Trump has posted various vacation photos with Michael Boulos and their son, Alexander Trump Boulos, whom she refers to as “ATB.”
Marla Maples or ‘Gran Mar Mar’ posts photos of grandson Alexander Trump Boulos
The second ex-wife of President Donald Trump, Marla Maples, moved back to Palm Beach County, Florida, in 2022. Tiffany Trump and Michael Boulos live fairly close to the rest of the Trump family in South Florida.
Two months after he was born, Maples posted photos of her and Alexander when he was a few days old.
“I couldn’t wait any longer to share photos with my precious grandson Alexander who is two months old today!” Maples said on Instagram. Her July 15 post featured photos and video of Alexander Trump Boulos as a newborn. “Everyone kept asking me, ‘What will you have him call you?’ And I remembered how, before Tiffany was born, my mother stitched a precious blanket with the name she had chosen for herself, ‘Granna Ann.’ But Tiffany had her own idea and Granna Ann soon became ‘Mom Mom.’ Needless to say, the needlepoint got replaced.”
Maples explains further: “So I whispered to Alexander, ‘I don’t care what you call me — even if it’s ‘Little Granny.’” In the post, Maples gives her followers a glimpse of her newborn grandson and compliments her daughter’s parenting. “Tiffany, your dedication and your love as a mother bring tears to my eyes and fills my heart with joy.”
