Marist's Hulstein earns rookie mini-camp invite with New York Jets

Spending one season in Poughkeepsie in 2025, Hulstein finished with 42 catches for 599 yards and seven touchdowns. Leading all of FCS in receiving yards for tight ends and being second in touchdown receptions, Hulstein was named an AP Second Team All-American. Along the way, he set the all-time single-season records for Marist in receiving yards, receiving touchdowns and yards-per-reception (14.3) for a tight end.

“I am so excited for Connor and fired up for him. He has earned an opportunity with the Jets and now gets to realize his childhood dream,” said Marist head coach Mike Willis, who originally helped recruit Hulstein to Princeton in 2021. “This is further proof that Marist Football gives our players a platform to reach the NFL.”
