2026 Texans undrafted free agent tracker

Now comes the fun part for all the NFL daft sickos.

As the 2026 NFL Draft has drawn to a close, the Houston Texans are far from finished building their 90-man roster. Houston will be looking to bring in a slew of undrafted free agents who didn’t hear their name called during the draft.

Overall, it was a solid draft haul for the Texans. They ended up with just three picks in the first rounds, but two should be game-changers in interior lineman Keylan Rutledge and defensive tackle Kayden McDonald. In Round 2, the Texans surprised folks in the Greater Houston area by selecting Michigan tight end Marlin Klein. On Day 3, they also added some high upside rookies in offensive lineman Febechi Nwaiwu, linebacker Wade Woodaz, defensive back Kamari Ramsey, wide receiver Lewis Bond and linebacker Aiden Fisher.

General manager Nick Caserio plans to bring in some additional talent to compete during training camp. Over the past few years, Houston has seen multiple undrafted free agents make the active roster and compete for playing time with long-tenured starters.

Texans Wire will keep this page updated with the latest rumors, reported signings and minicamp invitations, so keep checking back for all the new signings.

2026 UDFA SIGNEES

Incarnate Word WR Jalen Walthall

According to KPRC 2 Sports’ Aaron Wilson, the Texans have agreed to terms with Walthall. Considered by some to be one of the best FCS prospects in recent years, Walthall totaled over 2,000 receiving yards and 22 touchdowns in two years with the Cardinals. He was also a stable pass-catcher, hauling in 155 catches over that span.

Syracuse P Jack Stonehouse

According to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo, Stonehouse will compete for the starting punter job with recently traded Kai Kroeger.

Missouri CB Stephen Hall

According to KPRC 2 Sports’ Aaron Wilson, Hall has agreed to terms with the Missouri cornerback. Hall, who started last season, finished his career with 96 tackles and one interception.

Oregon RB Noah Whittington

According to CBS Sports, the Texans have agreed to terms with Noah Whittington. He was an honorable mention All-Big Ten selection last season while helping the Ducks reach the College Football Playoff semifinal.

A transfer from Western Kentucky, Whittington served as the lead back for the Ducks last season. He finished with 829 rushing yards while averaging 6.4 yards per play and scored six touchdowns. For his college career, he finished with 2,950 rushing yards and 21 total rushing touchdowns.
