Every player picked at No. 52 overall over last 20 drafts

The Green Bay Packers will go into the 2026 NFL draft with their first pick coming at No. 52 overall in the second round. Not all draft classes are created equal, but reviewing the 20-year history at No. 52 overall can help identify the caliber of player possible for the Packers this year.

Recent draft history suggests the Packers can find a quality player at No. 52 overall, but the hit rate is about 50 percent and a bust is possible.

Of the last 20 picks, five became Pro Bowlers — a decent home run hit rate outside the top 50. The jury is still out on the picks made in 2025 and 2024, but of the other 18, only four can be considered legitimate busts. Between 2006 and 2016, six of the picks ended up playing at least 100 career games.
