Collier County Fair: A practical guide to prices, rides and more

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Collier Fair.

It begins March 19 and runs through March 29. We’ll break down everything you need to know about this year’s festivities.

Can you bring animals to the fair?

Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed on the fairgrounds. Only service animals are allowed entry.

What kinds of rides will be at the Collier Fair?

Reithoffer Shows based in Gibsonton is bringing 30 big rides to the Collier Fair this year and almost as many kiddie rides.

The company will bring about 30 big rides and, of them, at least seven will be what are known as “Super Rides.”

“This means the faint of heart need not apply. (To ride that is.),” the fair website said. “The rides will be in full operation for all of the hours the Fair is open.”
