“We anticipate offering Cincinnati Reds coverage on channel 661 before the season kicks off,” one reply stated. “Stay tuned for updates.”

Twitter/X replies from Altafiber March 16 indicate that a deal is in place to broadcast Reds’ games starting on Opening Day.

Altafiber announced March 9 it was actively negotiating with Major League Baseball in an effort to broadcast 2026 games.

MLB announced in February that it would produce and distribute Reds’ game broadcasts this season. At the time, Reds’ officials said fans will be able to access Reds games via cable and satellite providers, or stream digitally on Reds.TV with no blackouts.
