According to Long John Silver’s/A&W spokesperson Maurice Jones, the East Peoria restaurant’s January inspection reflects a broader, brand‑wide trend. Jones said the ownership group, Four Oaks Partners, has strengthened cleanliness standards and trained restaurant crews to view maintaining a clean environment as just as important as serving quality food.

“We’re incredibly proud of this team and the dedication they show day in and day out,” Jones said. “Our crews work hard every day to make sure every guest who comes aboard has a great experience from the moment they dock to the last bite. It’s rewarding to see their efforts recognized, and this achievement truly belongs to them. It’s also a great example of the progress we’re making across the brand as we continue raising the bar for our restaurants.”
