The 2026 college softball season is marching on, and conference play has started for 11 of the 15 softball programs in the ACC.
While Stanford, Georgia Tech, and North Carolina have already played six conference games. The rest of the conference has played either one series or none, with a full slate of conference games set to start next week.
Duke is the only undefeated conference team, going across the country and sweeping California. The Bears are not the only team to drop to 0-3, though, as the Pitt Panthers and Notre Dame Fighting Irish are still winless in conference play.
FSU, Virginia Tech, NC State, and Syracuse will get their first taste of conference play this week and will be looking to join the Blue Devils atop the standings. All four are riding winning streaks, with the Wolfpack winning 15 straight, the longest active streak in the ACC.
